1.2. If you are accessing or using Kindred on behalf of an organization or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such organization or entity to this Agreement.

2. Use of Kindred

2.1. You may use Kindred for personal, non-commercial purposes, strictly in accordance with this Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations.

2.2. You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the functioning of Kindred, including but not limited to attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, introducing viruses or other harmful code, or engaging in any form of automated data collection.

3. User Accounts

3.1. To access certain features of Kindred, you may need to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and agree to be held responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to promptly update any information that may change.

3.3. Kindred reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violations of this Agreement or suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

4. Privacy and Data

4.1. The collection, use, and disclosure of personal information provided by users are governed by the Kindred Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement.

4.2. By using Kindred, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. Kindred and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise exploit any portion of Kindred or its content without prior written consent from Kindred.

6. Limitation of Liability

Users are solely responsible for their own actions and decisions.

9.2. Kindred is not liable for any damages, losses, claims, or liabilities arising from interactions between users, including but not limited to any injuries, medical complications, or disputes that may arise. Users are advised to exercise caution, verify information independently, and seek professional advice when making decisions or engaging in any activities related to blood donation or transplantation.

10. Indemnification

10.1. You agree to indemnify and hold Kindred, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of Kindred or any violation of this Agreement.

11.1. Kindred may include links to third-party websites or services. Kindred is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or actions of these third parties. You should review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services you interact with.

12. Termination of Accounts

12.1. Kindred reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at its discretion, particularly if users violate the terms and conditions, engage in fraudulent activities, or pose a risk to the integrity or safety of the Platform and its users.

13.1. Kindred does not provide medical advice or diagnosis. You should consult with qualified healthcare professionals for medical advice or treatment recommendations.

14. Modifications to the Agreement

14.1. Kindred reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the revised Agreement on the Platform or by other means.
